1.About these terms
These terms apply to your use of wolkepeople.com, which is run by Wolke Business Applications L.L.C, trading as Wolke, of Dubai Internet City, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By using the website you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2.The Wolke platform is separate
These terms cover the website only. Use of the Wolke HR and payroll platform is governed by the agreement between Wolke and the customer, and nothing on this website changes that agreement.
3.The information on this site
The website, including the blog, gives general information about HR, payroll and employment rules. We check regulatory content when we publish it, but rules change, and a general article cannot take account of your circumstances. Nothing on this website is legal, tax, payroll or financial advice. Please take professional advice before acting on it.
Product descriptions tell you what Wolke does. What a customer receives is set out in its contract.
4.The Payroll Stress Test
The Payroll Stress Test gives an indicative score based only on your answers. It is not an audit, a compliance review or advice, and a good score does not mean your payroll is compliant. How we handle the details you give us is set out in our Privacy Policy.
5.Our content and our name
The text, images, design and code of this website belong to Wolke or to the people who licensed them to us. The Wolke name and logo are ours. You may view, download and print pages for your own reference, including sharing a link or a short quotation with credit to Wolke.
You may not copy, republish or sell our content, use it to train AI models, or use our name or logo in a way that suggests a connection with us, without our written permission.
6.Using the site properly
When you use the website, please do not:
- break the law, or help anyone else to do so
- try to get into parts of the site or our systems you are not meant to reach
- introduce viruses or other harmful code
- copy the site’s content in bulk, by scraping or any automated means
- give false details in a form, or submit a form in someone else’s name
7.Links to other sites
Where we link to other websites, such as government portals or regulators, we do so for your convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
8.Changes and availability
We update the website regularly and may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice. We aim to keep it available but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or free of errors.
